and in Him there is no darkness at all.

In our sinful world, no one is
completely, entirely good, very few are completely and entirely bad. We are all
a mixture of good and evil in varying amounts. That is not so with God. He is
completely, purely good. He is all light and no darkness, no sin, nothing
negative. God is perfect in every way. Because of this, we can trust Him completely,
knowing that He will never do or command anything that is bad for us. He is
never wrong. He never makes mistakes. He is the only One who is completely
trustworthy. He is the only source of absolute truth. Everything we get down
here, advice, information, truth, is all tainted. Only what comes from His is
pure. Turn to the true Light. Let Him guide your life.
